Not satisfied with your order? No problem — you can return unused items within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Items must be unused & in original packaging
• Refunds processed within 5–10 business days
• Discounted or personalized items are excluded from exchanges
• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll cover the return shipping costs

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here are our conditions for returns and refunds:

1. Returns

• Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Returns are only accepted if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• To initiate a return, please contact us here with your order number

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or faulty

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are possible if the desired item (e.g. different size or color) is available
• Please contact us in advance to arrange the exchange

4. Items Excluded from Returns

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

5. Damaged or Faulty Products

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
